Do AI glasses need internet to work?
Most AI features on AI glasses require an internet connection because the AI processing happens in the cloud, not on-device. The glasses tether to your phone via Bluetooth and use the phone's cellular or Wi-Fi connection. Basic functions like audio playback and taking photos work offline; AI queries, translation, and voice assistant features need a live connection.

Privacy implication
Because AI processing happens in the cloud, your queries and (in some cases) camera frames are sent to the manufacturer's servers.
